Water is one of the natural drinks which is boon for human being. Water is not only help in cleaning our clothes, utensils and other things but also help in cleaning our body and removing extra fats and calories from the body. - Water also helps in detoxify your body by removing all wastes through urine or sweat. To check whether your body needs more water from normal quantity is to check the color of your urine. If the color of urine is dark yellow then your body needs more water than normal quantity.
