Today I would like to talk about a very painful topic urinary tract infection. If you have ever had one it can be painful just thinking about going to the bathroom.
What causes Urinary Tract Infection in Women
Urinary tract infection is a key reason we are often told to wipe from front to back after using the bathroom. The reasons is because the urethra the tube that transports urine from the bladder to the outside of the body is located close to the anus. When bacteria from the large intestine, such as E. coli, are in the perfect position to escape the anus and invade the urethra. From there, they can travel up to the bladder, and if the infection isn't treated, continue on to infect the kidneys . Women may be especially prone to urinary tract infection because they have shorter urethras, which allow bacteria which is a quick access to the bladder. Having sex can introduce bacteria into the urinary tract.
Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection:
You have a burning feeling when you urinate
You have a frequent or intense urge to urinate, even though little comes out when you do
You have Pain or pressure in your back or lower abdomen
You have cloudy, dark, bloody, or strange-smelling urine
You Feel tired or shaky
You have fever or chills (a sign the infection may have reached your kidneys
Many people use the old fashion remedy of cranberry juice for curing there urinary tract infection. I however came up with my own remedy for getting rid of urinary if it ever occurs in your life again.
Take one chunk of ginger and one clove of garlic blended up in apple cider juice mixed with water at the end, you take a hole lemon and sqeeze the juice out of that lemon and drink. I also want to mention that I use a nut bag to squeeze out the pulp after making the juice and then added the freshly squeezed lemon on top. This drink cured my urinary tract infection in two days. I am not saying its for everyone however the stronger the potent the better.
