Cutting Calories and Losing Weight

When we want to lose weight, most people cut calories. We try to eat healthy non-processed foods and exercise. This is what we’ve been taught, right? But what if we were wrong? What if that is not enough. To lose weight and create a sustainable healthy body, we NEED to increase nutrition meaning fuel the body with as much nutrient dense foods while maintaining a healthy diet and exercise. We can’t build muscle, maintain energy and feel amazing if we are depriving ourselves of the nutrition it needs to function at its top notch potential.
