4.Take enough water

Water is great for your body. you should take 64 ounces of water for the day. It is better you are water full than being hydrated.If you drink more water, it makes you takes less calorie from your food intake.

5.Reduce Salt Intake

Many us eat more salt than we realized. You should try as much as you can to take less of sodium in your food or diet. Check the nutrition label and check the amount of salt in each food servings. Taking too much of slat brings about weight.

6. Add hot Spice to Meal

Adding hot spice to your foods will check your hunger so says an expert study not too long ago. It says that hot spice has a hormone endorpine that is releases into your brain when you take them and this make you fell less hungry.

7. Take one Less Bite

When you eat, you need to take one bite less as this help to save 75 calories a day and this makes about 8 pound weight loss a year.
