Diet vs. Health

If you find yourself not being able to "lose weight", get leaner and/or have just hit a plateau it's likely one or more of these reasons: 
• Your body is toxic 
• You're not consuming enough QUALITY protein 
• You're not consuming enough of the good (complex) carbs
• You're consuming too many of the simple carbs (think sugar, sweets) 
• You're just not eating enough (not getting enough quality nutrition)
This flies in the face of the mainstream ‪Diet ‬mentality which is simply to eat less. Less calories, less carbs etc... 
I can tell you from my own recent experience that this is likely your issue and if addressed will save you a ridiculous amount of time and frustration. 
Its also very likely, once your body is back in balance, you will see better results than you maybe have in years!
