EAT 6 MEALS IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!

When you eat every 2.5-3 hours, your meals are most likely to be small. And when our body gets a small amount of calories at one time, they're utilized better and not stored as fat (because the body feels reassured with a regular intake of calories and nutrients), which means a flatter stomach. Also you will depend less on stimulants during the day.

Finish your last meal at least 2 hours prior to sleeping. Eat less post sunset and as your activities wind down. This way, most of your food is digested before you go to sleep, which will lead to a sound sleep, and leaves your body free to do its repair work.
