The factors which cause bloating and gas is due to wrong food combination such as eating sweet foods or juices with starch, salty or protein meals or by combining dairy products with sour fruit or with bread meat or fish.
It is best to fast on herbal teas or Vegetable Juices. A fruit Juice fast is not advisable because sweet taste increases undigested particles in the body. Lemon Juice however is good, particularly mixed with Ginger Juice. A little Honey can be used as well because of its special detoxifying properties.
