I've decided to post many of the questions that my clients ask me currently and have asked over the years. Most of the questions seem to come from misinformation and just not being educated in the right way about health and fitness in general. I will give you fact based answers to help break myths, help you better understand what is being said, what is true and what is misleading or false.
